Dear ICCHE and ACHE Great Lakes Members:
Over the years I’ve worked with many team members who told tales about “back in the day” and then sighed longingly. Nostalgia. It can become a change-killing epidemic in an organization and can stall each of us, even when we’re excited to move forward. No person or organization is immune. Fortunately, at the ICCHE-ACHE Great Lakes annual conference, Dr. Shannon Brown has the remedy. During this year’s pre-conference workshop, she will help attendees to understand the process by which individuals experience change in both their personal and professional lives. Dr. Brown’s workshop will kick off discussions around the theme of Learning to Change , which will explore organizational and personal change in a number of different ways over the course of three days.
Mark your calendars for February 7 – 9th and join me to consider how change, both positive and negative, can be a launching pad for success at your institution. The agenda is attached!
NOTE: The discounted hotel rate will expire Friday, January 19th, so book your room now!
